XP Pen graphic tablet not detected

Hello, I have downloaded the latest version of the driver for my XP Pen 12 graphics tablet, but when I run the program, an error message indicates that my tablet is not detected even though it is plugged in correctly. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

    Identical problem with xp pen artist 22 Pro
    Tablet not detected, I have tried it on several PCs with the same result.

      For my part, I have to stick to Windows 10 otherwise the tablet won't work.

    Hello, I have the same thing here, has anyone found out how to fix it? I've plugged everything in, but the new drivers do not detect my XP-PEN Artist 22 Pro tablet. No matter how many times I restart, nothing works.

      Hello,
      I called Amazon and explained that the technical service of XP PEN wanted to send me a USB cable to test for defects, even though I told them that I tested it on 3 PCs with 3 different USB cables. Then I called Amazon's customer service, who immediately issued a refund voucher. I returned everything and got a HUION that works very well.

    Isn't it rather the stylus that is not detected? I've seen a case where someone just didn't think to charge their stylus, thinking it was battery-operated. Otherwise, what I can say is that it's a common problem; I'm surprised you didn't find the solution on Google.

      The stylus works with the XP Pen software and mine has no battery or recharging system.

      Sometimes a restart is necessary for a driver to function properly. I've never used this kind of equipment, but I'm trying to give you a quick response while waiting until tomorrow morning ^^'

      Thanks, but I've already tried reinstalling the driver, reconnecting all the cables, etc. without any result.
