Thomson THT504 Decoder

Hello,
I just bought a Thomson tht504 decoder, I installed it but I have channels except for TF1, I can't change the channels using the remote control, I reset my television and I don’t know what to do anymore, it's impossible to reach Thomson's customer service.
Thank you for helping me.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power adapter, wait for fifteen minutes, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings), but you will have to redo the entire setup.

    And if it's new => return it to the store
