Takara SL99 Decoder Issues

Hello,
I bought a Takara decoder and I made all the connections as indicated.
When I search for channels, it searches but finds nothing!
What could be the problem?

    Have you connected your antenna to the antenna input of the adapter?

      Yes, the other residents receive the channels, I don’t understand
      especially since it's an HD decoder so it should work.

      Are you sure about your coaxial cable between the wall socket and the adapter? The plug that connects to the adapter is it in the new standard (9.52 mm, often blue) and not the old standard (9 mm, often green) which could "swim" in the 9.52 female socket of the adapter?
