multimedia driver Solved

Question

Hello,

I would like to know which driver I need to install for this device because I'm not sure what it corresponds to.

In the device manager,

there is: other devices and under this: multimedia controller
and in properties:

pci bus 26

in details:
hardware ID:

PCI\VEN_102F&DEV_01BA&SUBSYS_00021179&REV_01
PCI\VEN_102F&DEV_01BA&SUBSYS_00021179
PCI\VEN_102F&DEV_01BA&CC_048000
PCI\VEN_102F&DEV_01BA&CC_0480

Thanks again
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

ekim55 · Answer

Hello, Try this --> driver -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

zady · Answer

It doesn't work.

ekim55 · Answer

Download this file --> sdhost-202030210.zip, unzip it, then go to Device Manager, right-click on the device in question, update the driver, check: not this time, install from a specific location or list, do not search, supplied disk, browse, select the file TSDHD.INF, open, etc... Then restart and see what happens. Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

zady · Answer

I couldn't succeed

because I don't have what you told me

when I click on update, I have 2 options:
1. automatic search
2. search for a driver on the computer
when I choose the second option, there is browse.
I browse and select the folder where the cited file is, but I can't select the file itself. I click next but it doesn't work.

pico.l · Answer

I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.

ekim55 · Answer

Select all files in the file type. -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

zady · Answer

it's too beautiful Thank you very much I no longer have the exclamation point. But I have one last issue. The microphone is not working. When I right-click on the icon at the bottom right and then on recording devices, I have two microphones: 1. not connected and the bar next to it doesn't move (a bit normal) 2. processing but the bar next to it doesn't move. And once again, a big thank you to you and ekim55

pico.l · Answer

Does the sound work? Are you using the built-in or external microphone?

zady · Answer

The sound works well and the microphone is intact. I tried with a headset and microphone together, it doesn't work either.

pico.l · Answer

Perfect! For the microphone, there is a setting, check the manual >>> http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/userman-fr-20090702145847.zip

zady · Answer

Thank you both very much. Thank you also for the manual, but I couldn't find the solution. I believe that the driver I have (Realtek) is not the right one. I will try to do something. And thanks again.
