Bonjour, alors voilà j'ai avast anti virus depuis qq temps et j'en ss contente ....jusqu'il y a une semaine il ne fonctionne plus j'ai donc voulu le désintaller mais j'ai tjrs ce message qui revient "AVAST! consent dialog helper application à cesser de fonctionner qq1 peut)il m'aider MERCI

    Tu as des virus aussi.

    ---> Désactive l'UAC le temps de la désinfection :

    ---> Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (OldTimer) sur ton Bureau :
    http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

    ---> Clique droit sur OTMoveIt3.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

    ---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

    ---> Colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précédemment copié dans le cadre Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved.

    ---> Clique maintenant sur le bouton MoveIt! puis ferme OTMoveIt3.

    Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
    Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

    ---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\
    Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

      Salut,

      - Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.

      - Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

      - Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.

      - Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.

      - Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.
