Rapport hijackthis

Ben merci encore pour mon Pc mais sous le coup de la colère j'ai carrément réinstaller windows
Maintenant je fais scan antivirus mis à jour et spybot toutes les semaines et ccleaner de temps en temps.
Pour le problème de mon ami j'ai fait un sujet mais il a peu de succès et je comptai sur ton expertise.

On était loin d'avoir finis ! ... ton pc doit être une bombe à retardement lol !

J'ai pas mal de chose sur le gaz en ce momment, donc je ne pourrais pas vous aider sur le coup .

Pour ton amis , il faut qu'il crée son propre sujet car en plus, son prb est bien diférent de celui du topic :

Pour poster ta question sur le forum, tu n'as plus qu'à cliquer sur "Ajouter" ...

--> qu'il postes bien tous ces rapports + un hijackthis tout frais !

Copies ce qui suit et colles le dans l'espace pour la recherche :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Autodial2000.dll

Cliques sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copies le dans ta prochaine réponse ...

( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )

Fais de même pour :

problème windows était préinstallé sur mon PC et je n'ai jamais eu le cd de windows,
--> et tu n'as pas fait une image de système comme on te l'a conseillé ... domage ....

sinon , ton log est relativement propre ....

Avant fais tout de même ce qui suit :

Télécharges ComboFix (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleur !):
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe <--- clik droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix et valide .

!! déconnectes toi,fermes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVES TOUTES TES DEFENSES (anti-virus, guardes anti spy-ware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipe :
en effet , activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil ( voir planter le PC )...Tu les réactiveras donc après !!
--->Important : si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, fais m'en part avant de poursuivre ...

Ensuite :
double-cliques C-Fix.exe ( = combofix.exe ) .

Appuyes sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un momment : clik sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer ( et pas sur autre chose ! sinon pas de rapport ... )

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt

Postes le rapport Combofix pour analyse ...

J'ai aussi une question subsidiaire je pensai carrément transférer mes données sur mon disque dur amovible et réinstaller windows, problème windows était préinstallé sur mon PC et je n'ai jamais eu le cd de windows, chez hp ils me demandent 38,50E. En plus j'avais 10 cd de restauration à graver j'en ai gravé que 7 et je n'ai plus hp cd creator pour graver les 3 derniers.

Fait ce-ci :

Télécharges RavAntivirus d'Evosla sur ton bureau :
http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus

Déconectes toi et fermes toutes tes applications en cours .
!!IMPORTANT : Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branches-les à ton PC (sans les ouvrir) avant de lancer ce FIX !!

--->Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP : "Extraire tout" --> sur le Bureau

Puis doucle-cliques sur RAV.exe afin de lancer l'outil.

Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le faire : il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques dur et amovibles)

---> Si il détecte une infection : un rapport s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (rapidement) ce-ci "Votre Ordinateur est sain" .

Enfin ,tu retires tes disques amovibles et redémarres PC .

Puis postes le rapport si il y a infection ...

Postes aussi un nouveau rapport DSS stp

pourtant on c'est quitté tout était finis et propre ^^
Qu'as tu fais depuis ...

Si tu as des unité externes ( clé USB, DD externe , lecteur MP3 ... ) branches les au PC sans les ouvrir !

Fais ce qui suit :

1- Télécharges et installes le logiciel HijackThis :

ici :ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/HJTInstall.exe
ou ici : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

--> Cliques sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation .
A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement : fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge .
Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme : "C:\ programme file\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .

( ne fais pas de scan pour le momment )

2- Télécharges DSS (Deckard's System Scanner de Deckard) sur ton Bureau :

http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe

!! Fermes toutes les applications en cours (très important, sinon l'ordi peut planter) !!

Double-clique sur DSS.exe pour lancer l'outil.
(S'il ne trouve pas HijackThis, clique sur Oui )

Clique sur OK à chaque fois que cela sera demandé.

Important : Si tu obtiens deux rapports ("main.txt" + "extra.txt") alors poste les deux stp.
Attention --> les rapports peuvent être long donc envoie chacun d'eux dans un poste différent (sinon il risque de manquer la fin).

"Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
-réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
-rechercher et tenter une récupération...

Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :
*Défragmentation :
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

une fois terminé , dis moi ce que cela a donné ... =)

Après avoir installé la dernière version, désinstalle les anciennes versions (de Java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.

1- Supprime tout ce qu'il peut avoir en quarantaine d'AntiVir .

2- Je te conseil fortement de supprimer tout tes cracks et surtout tout ceux conscernant Bidefender ! Surtout que te as AntiVir qui est tout aussi bien et gratuit ... Supprimes tout ce qui est dans ce dossier car tout est partie de là :
C:\Documents and Settings\Mr LECERF\Mes documents\programmes d installation\BIT DEFENDERn --> si tu ne le fais pas et que tu ré-utilises ces keygens , tu vas te ré-infecter directe ...

3- essayes de faire analyser ces deux drivers sur VirusTotal stp :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\dtscsi.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\sptd.sys
--> postes moi les rapports obtenus

4- Fais un scan antivirus en ligne, avec Internet Explorer et accepter l'ActiveX :

1-Télécharges ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.

Déconnectes toi et fermes bien toutes tes applications en cours .

Lances le .
*Cliques sur Recherche et laisses le scan se terminer (cela peut être long).
*Cliques sur Suppression pour finaliser.
*Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives
*Click sur "quitter" pour générer un rapport :
---> Postes le (TCleaner.txt), il se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Note : Ce petit soft va te nettoyer tout les trucs dont on c'est servi pour la désinfection ( tu n'en as plus besion ! ) .
! Supprimes tout les outils , dossiers ou rapports consernant la désinfection que Toolsclaener2 n'a pas supprimé !
( sauf Malwarebytes et CCleaner : très utiles )

2- -Restauration système
*Désactives ta restauration :
Cliques droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/coche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
--->Redémarres ton PC

3-mets AntiVir à jour (fais ce-ci très régulièrement ) .

*toujours a gauche -> scan -> deploie -> heuristique -> macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous -> win32 heuristic la case cochée et high detection level aussi ...

---> cliques sur "OK" pour valider le réglage ...

4-Télécharges SDFix sur ton bureau :

--->Double-cliques sur SDFix.exe et choisis "Install" .

Puis une fois l'installe faite ,redémarres en mode sans échec .

Ouvres le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double cliques sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.

Le Fix supprime les services du virus et nettoie le registre, de ce fait un redémarrage est nécessaire , donc :
presses une touche pour redémarrer quand il te le sera demandé .

Le PC va mettre du temps avant de démarrer ( c'est normale ), après le chargement du Bureau presses une touche lorsque "Finished" s'affiche .

Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier C:\SDFix sous le nom "Report.txt".
Postes ce dernier dans ta prochaine réponse accompagné d'un nouveau rapport Hijakcthis pour analyse ...

Important :
Renommer le prg HijackThis :
Rends toi sur ton PC ici "C:\ programme file\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe"<---cliques droit sur ce dernier et choisis "renommer" : tapes monjack et valides .

( ne fais pas de scan pour l'instant et fais la suite ... )

3- Télécharges MalwareByte's :

--->une fois le scan terminé , click sur "résultat" : puis vérifies que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis click sur " suppression " .

Redémarres ton PC ( mode normal ).

Postes le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes) accompagné d'un nouvel hijackthis ( fait en mode normal ) ...

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copies le dans ta prochaine réponse ...

( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )

2- Télécharges RavAntivirus d'Evosla sur ton bureau :

Déconectes toi et fermes toutes tes applications en cours .
!!IMPORTANT : Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branches-les à ton PC (sans les ouvrir) avant de lancer ce FIX !!

--->Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP : "Extraire tout" --> sur le Bureau

Puis doucle-cliques sur RAV.exe afin de lancer l'outil.

Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le faire : il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques dur et amovibles)

---> Si il détecte une infection : un rapport s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (rapidement) ce-ci "Votre Ordinateur est sain" .

Enfin ,tu retires tes disques amovibles et redémarres PC .

On continue :

1-Crées un doc texte sur ton bureau :
pointes ta souris sur ton bureau , cliques droit : vas dans "nouveau" et choisis "document texte" .

Ensuite copie/colle le texte ci-dessous ( et rien d'autre!) dans le fichier texte que tu viens de créer :

Puis vas dans "fichier" et choisis "enregistrer sous ..." et tu le nommes exactement ainsi :
CFScript puis valides ...

2-Nettoyage :

!! Déconnectes toi, fermes toutes tes applications et désactives TOUTES TES DEFENCES ( tu les réactiveras après ) !!

--->Sur ton bureau, fais un glissé avec ta souris le fichier CFScript sur l'icône de ComboFix.exe .

(Regarde ici : http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii49/Malekal_morte/CFScript.gif )

Cette manipulation va relancer combofix .
--> Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît "Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort" : tapes 1 puis valide.

Puis patientes le temps du scan.( Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal!)

!! Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé !!

Note : en fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisses-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Postes le accompagné d' un nouveau rapport HijackThis pour analyse ...

( Attention : cette manipe a été fait pour ce PC . Toute réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le système d'exploitation )
