when I try to connect via ssh with putty on Windows 10 (of course using the root credentials), I receive the following message: >Access denied. What should I do to fix this problem, please?

    Hello,

    It's normal and it's better this way. It's best to authenticate with a regular user and then switch to "root" afterwards using the command "
    su -
    ".
