Download this utility --> AdwCleaner
and place it on the desktop.
Run it as administrator and click on delete.

Restart the pc.

Download and install --> MalwareBytes
Run it as administrator
Update the product
Run the quick scan.
If positive, delete the detection.

Post the 2 reports in your next message.

a window will open, type ipconfig /all
