Virus trojan horse
Bonjour, alors voila le week end dernier mon frere (qui est parti) a telecharger des truc et depuis tout va mal, je joue a World of Warcraft et sa laguai, sa plantait souvent( un ecran bleu qui me demande si c la premiere fois etc....) j'ai ensuite réinstallé le jeux mais quand est venu l'heure de telecharger le patch paf sa plante ou l'ecran se fige.J'ai scané l'ordi ac symantec, ad-aware et avec symantec, il a detecté le fameux trojan horse. J'ai lu quelques discussion et apparament, l'origine de tous ces problemes vienne de lui(logiciel ram, plantages...).
Je ne sais plus quoi faire! Etant tout seul et n'ayant aucune notion informatique(si vous pouviez détailler les commandes, ce serait super!), j'attends vos solution avec impatience et les marches a suivre!

là chercher ligne et double cliq dessus SPOULEUR d'IMPRESSION et mettre le service à manuel

Le fichier est suprimé mais aucun changements.....

utilise ceci
effaceur Hijackthis
ouvrir Hijackthis là en bas droite CONFIG puis onglet MISCtools, là « Delete a file on reboot », cliq dessus et suivre chemin de fichier à effacer, il indique alors « voulez-vous redémarrer maintenant », cliq sur NON si d’autres fichiers sont à sélectionner et à nouveau « Delete a file on reboot » .. puis cliq OUI quand tous les fichiers sont sélectionnés
