suite a mon analyse je ne sais pas quoi supprimé si je pourai avoir un petit coup de main

après la desinstallation il demande de mettre le cd norton mais je ne l'ai pas ,pui-je le faire quand meme

  je sais que c'est assez tôt mais je te réponds avant d'aller bosser ; )
  Tu n'as pas besoin de le réinstaller, car tu as un autre antiviirus.
  pour être sûr que tu t'en es défait complètement, il faut refaire un autre log hijackthis.

je pense que sa doit etre bon ,à part symantec car je n'ai pas le cd pour après la desinstallation d'après se que j'ai cru comprendre

  je remets juste une chose,
  je pense qu'à part le parfeu widows, tu n'as rien d'autre, je l'aurai vu ; ) .
  Je te conseille d'installer un parfeu supplementaire en complement de celui de windows et virer tous les fichiers de pocker

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# choisi l’option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l’outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Télécharge UsbFix de chiquitine29 sur ton bureau

--> Lance l installation avec les paramètres par défaut

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Choisis l’option 1 (nettoyage)

--> Le PC va redémarrer

-->Après redémarrage poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

> Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau.

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe

- A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.

- Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.

- Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.

NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi.
