Nokia 3310C - Memory issues?

Hello,
or rather good evening.
I have a big problem with my mobile phone (NOKIA 3310C).
In fact, I think there's a memory issue ( -> when I try to access my messages, whether sent, received, or even drafts, I can't access them; an error message appears saying "Message storage memory not ready.") Moreover, opening the gallery to delete photos or videos is impossible for me; "Opening the gallery" appears but stays very, very, very, very long. And after several hours, it still doesn’t work... Finally, it turns off and on sometimes, or gets stuck on a function. It's not really very practical. I tried to do *#7780# followed by 12345, but unfortunately, "Restoration in progress, please wait" appears but stays for a very long time (at best) or my phone shuts down. I tried to free up data via the cable, but it's not great; it can't connect...
I have read the previous TOPICS and unfortunately, I haven’t found a solution to my problem.
Could a kind soul try to respond to me? I think I've exhausted all the means I had, and with my finances not being very high, I currently can't afford to buy another one.
I hope you can respond to my problem as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance,
Sincerely,
Mitch

Hello everyone!
I just ran into the same problem and that's why I checked this topic.
For those who can access their "media" files (like photos, sounds, etc.), I have a solution since that was my case, but not for others...
So I went ahead and deleted a few photos (definitely lost though) and I was able to re-access everything related to messages. So I'm currently deleting the entire "sent messages" folder (which is over 1MB), it's taking a hell of a long time (it's deleting about one per second) but I hope it will be effective! I admit I was a bit panicked at the moment ^^

I hope this can help some of you!

but that means there's no space! I have the same problem, and I have 40 MB free on my phone + 1.9 GB on my memory card >.<

Me too, I can't read my messages whenever I want with a Nokia 2760 that's less than 2 years old, and I'm trying to transfer my photos using Bluetooth and I'm getting the same message. At SFR they told me there was a cable to transfer my photos but that seems to be false.

Hello everyone!

I had the same problem as you with a Nokia BL-4B; I no longer had access to my messages and when I launched an application, it crashed... But after months of intensive research and clever manipulation, I finally found the solution to my problem... the solution is to do absolutely nothing... when my phone started showing these signs of weakness, I simply put it in a drawer and went back to one of my old phones. After a few months of rest, I took it out, turned it on, waited, and JOY! No more problems! So I hope I have provided the solution for those who care about their phone and have the patience...

Hello, following the same problem, my mother, who works with phones, advised me to remove the battery "hot" (without turning off the phone) and on my Nokia C2-02, the problem was quickly resolved.

When you receive such messages, I recommend that you go to TELANDGAME in VERSAILLES (78). They have very good service for mobile repair and unlocking. As for the message that appears on your different mobiles, you need to proceed with a flash of the firmware.

Hi, I have the same problem with my Nokia 3500c and for the past 3 days I still haven’t had any restart or response from it. I would like to ask you if yours had any reaction at all or how you managed if it works now.

Best regards, Thank you

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
As you can see, this problem dates back a year and yes, the up is bad... however, I have this problem and since the question has already been asked (without response), I allow myself to revisit this old topic rather than creating a new one.
So, my phone freezes (a Nokia 2760), turns off, and sometimes displays "message storage memory not ready" for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes when I try to access anything related to my messaging.
This is very debilitating.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance and once again I wish you happy holidays.

I have the same problem and it's hellish; it shuts down and I have to turn it on again, and then it tells me "message storage memory not ready" for an hour or two, and I can't absolutely check my messages. Then after an hour or two, there are no more problems. And it starts all over again. If anyone has a solution, I would be very happy. Thank you in advance and Happy New Year!!!

PLEASE HELP ME, it's driving me crazy!
I can't consult my messages, write new ones, or even access the message settings :/ !

I have had the same problem since last night, which is very annoying because I can't receive or go to my messages; I've already changed my phone twice and this is frustrating me.

Reinstalling the phone software with Ovi Suite or Nokia PC Suite, I mean updating the entire phone program, as I think the problem will be resolved.
