Nokia 5310 memory card

Hello,
I have a Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic and I've had a problem for a few days with the memory card; it has simply disappeared from the phone.
I had lots of photos and videos.
Additionally, all the music I had downloaded has also disappeared.
I don’t understand anything.
Do you know what to do to recover it?

    Likewise for me, I have a friend who has the same phone, he simply swapped the SIM cards, put it back like before, and miracle: it works again!!!! How long....

    I have exactly the same problem... without changing anything, my 5310 Xpressmusic no longer recognizes the Nokia SD card...

    Have you found out what was causing it?

    Try to update the firmware (Settings > Phone > Phone Update)

    Indeed, I encountered the same malfunction. Just reposition the SD card in the designated slot and perform a firmware update via Nokia PC Suite. In case you already have the latest firmware as PC Suite might indicate, do a re-update with the same firmware, as PC Suite will also suggest it. The SD card is recognized again when the phone is turned back on. Not very convenient but it works.

    Same here!

    Overnight, the phone started acting as if there was no memory card, yet when I check with a card reader on the PC: no problem, the files are there. But no matter what I do, the phone doesn't 'see' the SD when it's inserted.

    I reset the phone to factory settings: no luck.
    I formatted the SD: no luck.
    And now I'm a bit stuck.

    This is the only topic I've found on the subject... but I'm digging around.
    If you've made any progress, I'm all ears!!

        Me too with my 5610 that I've had for a week. Since yesterday, no memory card detected even though it works perfectly on another phone. Have you found a solution?

    I didn't have this problem, but a friend of mine did and he just blew into the slot where you put the SD card, so try that. By the way, does anyone know a security code other than the original one?

        Yes, it worked, but a few days later it turned off, and when I blew into it, nothing happened! It didn't work at all anymore! And now it's completely dead! So if you have any other solutions... (^_^)

    I'm having the same issue.. I tried updating with Nokia PC Suite, but it says that important software components are missing and to reinstall.. which I've done but without success..
