n'arrive pas à me debarasser de virtumonde

Question

Bonjour,
je suis infectée par virtumonde depuis hier, ça a commencé avec des pages pub qui s'ouvrent tout le temps, puis mon PC s'est mis à ralentir au point que je ne pouvais plus ouvrir IE ou firefox, étant nulle j'en  étais au point ou j'ai failli réinstaller windows, dans ce but j'ai tout sauvegardé sur un disque dur externe, puis au miracle mon PC remarche à peu prés et me permet de rechercher que faire sur internet, je télécharge spyware doctor (je n'avais pas d'anti spyware croyant qu'un bon antivirus suffisait) qui me trouve vrtumonde et soit disant me l'élimine...mais je vois bien qu'il est tjs la , meme si il se fait moins sentir, je télécharge vundofix... qui ne trouve rien non plus...

Salut 

ComboFix: 


télécharge sur ton bureau depuis ce lien : 

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/197-combofix-by-subs/ ou:
https://forospyware.com ou :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 


et enregistre le sur le bureau. 

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur Combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware et ta connection internet 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

oui Marie j'aurais bien fait un coup de malwarebytes avant (au pire en sans echec)

mais je me suis tellement fait engueuler car je l'utilisais comme remede a tout va que j'en ai des scrupules maintenant.....suis-je trop extremiste ?..................................;ol

Infection Vundo / Virtumonde

1) Affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés … 
Pour ce faire, tu vas dans un dossier, par ex. "Mes Images". 
Ensuite, clique sur > Outils > Options des dossiers ... 
clique sur l' onglet « Affichage » et ... 
coche ---> Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés 
décoche > Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu 
décoche > Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d' exploitation (recommandé). 
« Appliquer » et « OK ». 

2) Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

· Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer 
· Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo 
· Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo 
· Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES 
· Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers 
· Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK 
· Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse 

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-dessus, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo". 



3) Téléchargez VirtumundoBeGone sur votre bureau : http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 

Double-cliquez ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suivez les instructions qui s'affichent à l'écran. 

Une fois terminé, redémarrez votre PC. 

PS : Ne vous inquiètez pas si vous voyez un écran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal. 

Poste le rapport généré par VirtumundoBeGone ^^

telecharges ceci :

et enregistre le sur le bureau et ferme la fenetre.

change l'extension ".zip" en ".exe"

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur cijLnFkGqu.exe(Combofix renommé) et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware et ta connection internet 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
