Bonjour,
Il y a peu j'ai eu un virus sur mon ordinateur que j'ai supprimé en mode sans échec de windows XP avec l'application Avast antivirus.
Mais le problème que je croyais lié au virus persiste!!! C'est à dire qu'à chaque démarrage de Windows, tout se lance normalement et une fois tout lancé je ne peux plus rien faire, tout semble figé sauf la sourie.
J'ai donc décidé de faire une restauration système en démarrant l'ordinateur en mode sans échec. Mais au après avoir sélectionné la date de référence pour la restauration, je clique sur suivant, puis une page de confirmation s'affiche et je clique à nouveau sur suivant (comme il m'est demandé de faire pour commencer la restauration). Malheureusement, en cliquant sur ce dernier bouton suivant, rien ne se passe, même pas un message d'erreur... rien!!!
J'aimerais donc savoir si quelqu'un aurait une solution à ce problème?

petite évolution,
lorsque tout semble figé, si je passe la souris sur la barre des tâches, ma souris se transforme en sablier!!!
D'autres fois, sans raison, l'ordinateur s'éteint et un message apparaît en blanc sur fond bleu m'indiquant que "Windows à été confronté à des problèmes et qu'il à du s'éteindre (...) Si vous rencontrez ce problème pour la première fois redemarrez votre ordinateur, sinon contactez votre revendeur etc."
De plus je ne rencontre aucun problème en mode sans échec si ce n'est une lenteur exécrable!!!
Voila si ca peut vous aider à diagnostiquer la source de mes problèmes

Essaie de faire ceci :
Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement :
Choisis la 2eme option :
Do a system scan only
Attends la fin du scan, puis coche à gauche les lignes suivantes :

Un fois cochées, cliques en bas sur "fix checked"
2 ) Va dans le panneau de configuration, puis, connexions reseau et internet, puis connexions reseau.
Fais un clic droit sur conexxion au reseau local, puis propriétés
A l'onglet "general", deroule le menu deroulant jusqu'à faire apparaitre Prtocole tcp/ip, clic une fois sur ce dernier pour le surligner en bleu et clique sur propriétés en dessous.
Dans les propriétés, tu coches les options :
* obtenir une adresse ip automatiquement
* obtenir les adresses dns automatiquement
Tu fermes les fenetres par Ok
3) Tu relances Hijackthis, et tu choisis la premires option " do a system scan and save a log file"
puis tu postes le rapport.

Aîe....bizarement, cela n'a pas fonctionné.
Recommence le tout en mode sans echec sans connexion internet.
Et assure toi bien de modifier le protocole tcp/ip comme indiqué.
Et REDEMARRE avant de me refaire un log hijack-
Voici le compte rendu, mais je n'ai pas pu redefinir les condition d'acces au reseau local, c'est inaccecible en mode sans échec sans prise en charge du réseau.
De plus dans le mode sans echec avec prise en charge du réseau, dans lequel j'ai donc acces au reseau, à chaque fois que je coche la case "obtenir des adresse DNS automatiquement" il ne le prends pas en compte. Si bien que quand je ré ouvre la fenêtre des connexion au réseau local (protocoles TCP/IP) la case en question est toujours décochée et il me fournie une adresse fixe de "serveur DNS préféré"...
Je ne sais pas trop à quoi tout ça corresponds, saches que je suis connecté en wifi au réseau de mes voisins (avec accord bien sûr), je ne sais pas si ça peut t'aider ou non...

L'idée du formatage n'est pas idiot, mais faut voir si les autres partitions sont clean.
En attendant fais un scan complet en mode sans echec avec malwarebytes, apres l'avoir mis à jour
Tu télécharges MalwareBytes.

Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut.
A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’exécuter .
Ne choisis que la mise à jour. Le logiciel sera lancé en mode sans échec.
A la fin, tu coches les infections et cliques sur supprimer.
Tu me postes ensuite le log malwarebytes-

j'ai finalement formatté mon ordinateur, de toute facon il fallait que je le fasse...
J'ai ensuite passé un scan complet avec malwarebytes et il m'a trouvé un vers que j'ai supprimé, au préalable j'avais déja suprimé 5 "trucs" avec ad-aware, et 2 avec avast.
Je n'ai plus de problème de ralentissement et tout semble fonctionner normalement.
Cependant après avoir formatté la partition C: et réinstaller windows dessus, j'ai été confronter à des problèmes.
En effet, en cliquant sur poste de travail puis sur les autres partitions du disque que C: (D: E: F:) windows m'affichait ce message :"resycled/boot.com n'est pas une application win32 valide"
J'ai alors suivi la solution proposée sur ce forum (5eme message, sur fond vert)

Maintenant je me retrouve avec un dernier problème, je peux explorer et ouvrir tous mes disques durs (ouf), mais en double cliquant simplement sur ces derniers windows m'affiche le message suivant :
"aucun programme n est associé a ce fichier pour exécuter cette action.créez une association en utilisant l'application option des dossiers dans le panneau de configuration. "
C'est le seul truc qui semble clocher maintenant, si tu peux m'aider stp.

On va voir si il n'y a pas d'autorun vérolé :
1 ) Telecharge UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default
Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau
--> Le pc va redémarer
-->Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt
Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides
2-Télécharge FindyKill de Chiquitine29 :

->Enregistre le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !
!! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !!
( Si ton anti-virus s'affolle au moment de l'enregistrement ou de l'utilisation de l'outil , ignore l'alerte ...)
-> Clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.
Notes importantes :
* si tu as le prg Elibagla sur ton PC , supprime le ( risque de conflit entre les deux outils ) .
--> Double clique sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .
( sur la 1er fenêtre , tapes f puis [entrèe] pour la version en français ).
-->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ) . Puis laisse travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...
Une fois terminé, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...PUIS ATTENDS MES INSTRUCTIONS
( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )
PS : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
