Good evening,
I arrive here a bit anxious like everyone else who finds themselves infected.
I have already been on http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 9845112 antivirus 360 probleme
and I would like to post the "logfile" from the scanner via HijackThis v2.0.2 following your advice.
I just registered and do not know how to proceed other than sending this private email.
Thank you 1,000 times.
Yves

I have a solution!!!
I was also infected by this fake antivirus! and I found the solution by myself!
You may have noticed that you couldn't delete it in Program Files
Just press Alt + Ctrl + Delete and the Task Manager will appear, go to Processes, look for av360.exe and end the process, then go to Program Files and there, miracle, you can delete the A360 folder, then empty the recycle bin and there, miracle, the tab in the taskbar disappears!!!
Then restart your computer for more security!

Hello pucca86, I did what you told me but now I just restarted my computer and nothing is happening, I’m worse off than I was. As soon as it opened, I saw the NOD32 antivirus notification and then it disappeared, but nothing else happens. Even my icons on the taskbar don’t appear anymore and I can’t open my programs on the desktop, not even the recycle bin, which is not right. I need help here even more, thank you, cemasaby.
Each disinfection is different, so I advise you to create your own thread on the Virus/Security forum:

Hello, (100% resolution)
I got infected by antivirus 360 and I tried to remove it but this virus completely blocked my computer. Nevertheless, I found a way to get rid of it!
Here are the steps to follow to remove it permanently:
- Go to safe mode
- Go to start
- All programs
- Accessories
- System tools
- System restore
- Choose a date (previous) when your computer didn't have this virus yet.
- Turn off the computer
- Turn it back on in normal mode
You will see that none of the annoying windows from this fake antivirus will reappear!!

Hello everyone, we can uninstall 360 by reinstalling it, then go to the taskbar and start menu, all programs, click on antivirus 360, click on uninstall, restart the computer. Then install -unlocker, go back to the start menu, click on computer, click on c: Program files, then delete the 360 folder and there you go, you're done.
Hi.
Same scenario, I was infected by Antivirus 360, except that at this point, my computer won't even start (safe mode or anything) and I'm currently running Ubuntu from a CD.
I have no way to access Windows and the workstation. What do we do in these cases? Thanks in advance and good luck to others.

Thank you to Jordan, I managed to remove that damn antivirus xD But now the computer in question is completely infested with viruses and I don't know what to do anymore...
Good evening,
thank you for the various responses (I am the one who asked the initial question on this forum) but I would like an answer to my question - initially posed to Destrio5 - that is, where to post the report made by HiJack and who can respond to me there, please.
Reminder of the message:

J'ai eu le même problème avec Antivirus 360. J'ai fait une restauration système et apparemment, ça a marché, il n'apparaît plus. Par contre, j'aimerais savoir comment faire pour contrôler s'il y est toujours ou pas.
I had the same issue, I was bothered by this antivirus A360, and since there are several administrators on my computer, I was able to get rid of it in the following way.
I logged out, logged into another user's account, went to My Computer, hard drive, and there I deleted the file containing the antivirus, emptied the recycle bin.
Good luck to you

I am currently infected with this "antivirus 360" virus, I installed Malwarebytes and I still can't remove it. I can't even open Malwarebytes! What should I do?
Hello. For everyone who has the problem, NO, program files is not a very good solution, because it will come back. Post your own request and post your Hijackthis log. I really liked combofix, which fixed ALL MY PROBLEMS! But install the recovery console first (explained on their site!).
I'm sorry for the late reply, but you need to close the windows of antivirus360 and click on download nod32 on this site https://nod32.fr.malavida.com/
there you go, I hope I helped you ^^ see you later

Help,
I have a problem with this virus and I can't find the solution.
I did delete it from my computer but now it keeps showing me this message on the internet:
"Google has detected unregistered Antivirus 360 copy on your computer. Google recommends you to activate Antivirus 360 to protect your PC from malicious intrusions from the Internet."
but the worst thing is that every 5 minutes it blocks the internet and shows me:
" Internet Explorer Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!
Most likely causes:
The website contains exploits that can launch a malicious code on your computer
Suspicious network activity detected
There might be an active spyware running on your computer
What you can try:
Activate Antivirus 360 for secure Internet surfing (Recommended).
Check your computer for viruses and malware.
More information "
In short, it wants me to buy its antivirus.
I also installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but it doesn't detect anything, here is the report:

I had the problem over the weekend and after the advice from the other people above and a sleepless night of work, I managed to fix it.
After "removing" everything that had "360" from my files (via the taskbar, file explorer, and program manager as the colleagues above explained), I downloaded "Malwarebytes" and had it scan my entire PC. It found some "Trojans" in Windows. I had it scan just Windows again and deleted the files where it identified 4 Trojans again. I restarted the computer and to my pleasant surprise, everything was gone, I had access to everything again, secure sites, etc...
I wish you the same pleasant news soon.

LOL you do a quick analysis and you want it to work, damn 2 minutes and 30 seconds is not enough. You need to do a complete analysis of the whole PC, even all the sessions. It will take between 2 and 4 hours. You need to be patient and don’t forget to save the report. In the meantime, go do some sports. Smoke a bit of weed or I don't know, compose some new music. That's what I did, well not exactly for the weed.

I had this problem and I asked how to do it on this site
I'm not great with computers but go to the antivirus 360 virus security forum, that's the only advice I can give you.
