Bonjour,
hier je suis aller sur internet explorer ( je l'utilise jamais je me sers de Mozilla Firefox) un logiciel spam apparait et me dit "votre ordinateur est infecté, on vous analyse votre ordinateur gratuitement et efficacement" moi comme un con je télécharge....
le programme s'apelle "ANTIVIRUS 360" il bloque tout mon ordinateur et je ne peux plus rien faire, impossible de le désinstaller. Donc j'ai tourner sur plusieurs forum ou j'ai trouver plusieurs post me disant que c'était norton et que pour le desinstaller il suffisait de telecharger "Norton_Removal_Tool" j'installe et le met en marche aucun résultat ...
Autre poste telecharger "Revo Uninstaller c'est tres facile et c'est le meilleur desinstalleur qu'il existe" je telecharge installe et a nouveau il ne peut rien faire donc je fais appelle a vous pour m'aider a résoudre ce problème.

Salut,
- Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.
- Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.
- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.
- Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.
- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.
- Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.
- Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.
- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.
- Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.
- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.

bienvenue au club guigui mais parcontre "revo_uninstaller" ne permet pas de désinstaller cette merde mais elle permet de bloquer toutes les fonctionalité donc télécharge le quand même ^^
