Bonjour,
depuis quelque temps j'ai mon ordinateur qui se fige surtout quand je suis connecté a internet , on m'a dit que c'était peut etre du a un virus,j'ai fait un scan avec Kaspersky et il a rien trouvéu coup on m'a conseillé de faire un scan avec Hijackthis

    Bonjour

    Pas grand-chose .. fais ceci :

    Ouvre HijackThis

    Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
    Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
    Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir fais un copié du contenu de ce fichier et colle le ici

    Vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

    Adobe Flash Player 9 ActiveX (obsolète)
    Adobe Flash Player 9 Plugin (obsolète)
    Adobe Reader 8 (obsolète)
    Adobe Reader 8.1.3 - Français (obsolète)
    Browser Address Error Redirector (pas utile, sert de pub pour le constructeur de ton ordi)
    Google BAE (pas utile, sert de pub pour le constructeur de ton ordi)

    Télécharge la dernière version d'Adobe Reader ici
    https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

    Celle d'adobe flash player là
    https://www.adobe.com/fr/products/flashplayer.html

    Télécharge et installe et utilise CCleaner.

    Redémarre ton ordianteur. Essaye de voir c eque ça donne, si ça bloque toujours ferme Kaspersky et dis-moi si les problèmes réapparaissent.

    j'ai pas reussi à désinstaller "Browser Address Error Redirector" je le trouve pas,
    j'ai reussi non plus a désinstaller "adobe reader 8"

    j'ai vu aussi dans gestionnaire des tâches le processus "conime.exe",j'ai lu plusieurs avis au sujet de ce processus et ça dis que c'est peut etre un trojan, j'aimerais en savoir plus, merci d'avance

    Concernant Adobe Reader qui ne veut pas partir, télécharge ceci, installe-le. Démarre le programme une fois installé, il apparaîtra dans la liste (Adobe Reader) clic gauch pour le sélectionne puis clic sur Remove.

    Désinstalle aussi ceci tu l'a soublié ;
    - Adobe Flash Player 9 ActiveX (obsolète)

    Comine.exe situé ici C:\Windows\system32\conime.exe est un processus natif sous Vista.
    Si tu as un doute fais le analyser avec VirusTotal

    Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
    - Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
    - S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave

    Télécharge, installe et utilise CCleaner. Redémarre ton ordinateur dès que c'est fait et dis-moi ou en sont tes problèmes.

    j'ai ce que tu m'as dit,j'ai telecharger ccleaner je l'ai installer et fait un scan
    mais il y a toujours se problème de freeze (ecran figer,voyant disque dur reste allumer quand sa fige),d'où sa peut venir?

    clic sur démarrer, exécuter, tape : taskmgr
    Et vérifie dans l'onglet Processus ce qui prend le plus de pourcentage et indique nous le nom du coupable, vérifie aussi quand ton problème intervient ou juste après si l'accès n'y est pas disponible.
