... au ralenti !!!

Bonjour,
depuis une semaine environ, mon ordi (Packard belll easy note mx45) est au ralenti à l'allumage et démarrage des applications ; lecture des vidéos fortement perturbées (ralentissements + grésillements) ; trasferts de fichiers et gravures très très lents
j'ai suivi les conseils de désinfection dont voici les rapports mais pas d'amélioration sensible : pourriez vous me dire ce qui ne va pas s'il vous plaît ?
