Detect a phone within a perimeter of..??

Hello,

I would like to know if there exists a small software to install on a mobile phone (K750i) that detects other mobile phones within an undefined perimeter. I saw something that looked like a radar, like in James Bond :) but I couldn't find anything on Google.

    If your phone is equipped with Bluetooth and that is activated, it will detect other phones provided their Bluetooth is activated. To enter into communication with [it], you will need the coordinates!

      Yes, merci for your reply, but I wanted to know if a software could detect other active mobile phones (not necessarily via Bluetooth)? All of it within a circle of 10-20 meters....
