Bonjour,
y'a t il quelqu'un qui pourrait me dire si mon pc est infecté , internet explorer plante quelquefois , je ne sais pas pourquoi, mozilla ne fonctionne plus sur mon pc , je n'arive a voir les ordinateurs de mon reseau , chose qui marchait avant, alors que mon pc , on peut le voir dans les autres pc du reseau domestique que j'ai installé , un tas de problemes. voici le rapport de hijack this

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´installes; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

j'ai telechage MALWAREbytes mais a la fin de son installation , la mise a jour n'a pas eté faite , voici le message d'erreur
echec de la mise a jour , verifier que vous etes connecte a internet et que vote par feu est parametre pour autoriser malwarebytes anti-malware a acceder a internet. ce message je l'ai a chaque fois que je dois acceder a un serveur sur internet pour des mises a jours sauf les mises a jours automatiques. mais enfin malgre ce probleme j'ai fais le scan dont voici le rapport.

(quand tu le feras ferme bien toutes tes aplications et ensuite fixchecked....

suite a lintervention de jfk...(merci a lui)

il va falloir recommencer certaines operations.....

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

ensuite:

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log
