Rapport hijackthis urgent!! merci

Bonjour,
merci d avoir couvert mon topic, voila je viens d acheter un pc portable ca fait un mois environ, au debut tt allait bien, mais recemment a chaque fois que j essaye de l eteindre il ne veut pas s arreter!! pourtant je clique sur arreter, tout ce qui se passe c'est qu il commence a s eteindre et a la fin quand l ecran devient noir et que normalement on s attend a ce que le pc cesse de faire du bruit, le pc reste allumé sans rien afficher a l ecran, donc a chaque fois je me sens obligée de l eteindre en pressant sur le bouton d allumage jusqu a ce qu il s eteint
ca m arrive disant 4fois/10. je comprend pas pq :(( je me connecte très frequemment a internet g des amis qui m ont dit qu il peu sagir d un virus,pourtant g un antivir a jour (NOD32)
