Bonjour,
je viens de faire un scan rapide par kaperski et il m'a detecte deux truc soi disant très dangereux!
je ne peux pas faire copier coller a partir de la fenetre kaperski menaces detecte...
kan je vais sur infos, voilà :

mais je suis pas sur ke ça corresponde au virus, car dans kaperski, on dirait que ça provient "acer game zone"
pouvez vous aussi me dire (si je dois faire ça) comment on met en quarantaine? car quand je clique "mettre en quarantaine" il m'ouvre mes documents? la quarantaine c moi qui la cré???

Commence par poster un rapport HijackThis stp,
>Télécharge HiJackThis : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/ 159 hijackthis
- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection: IMPORTANT A NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Télécharges SmitfraudFix (de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 ) :
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
Installes le soft sur ton bureau ( et pas ailleurs! ) .
!! Déconnectes toi, fermes toute tes applications et désactives tes défenses ( anti-virus ,anti-spyware,...) le temps de la manipe !!

Installes le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .
(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharges le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )
Potasses le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

( cela dis, il est très simple d'utilisation ).
! Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
Lances Malwarebyte's .
Fais un scan dit "complet" ( sélectionnes bien tous tes disks avant le scan ! ).
--> Laisses le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
--> Vérifies que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis cliques sur " suppression " .
Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !
Postes le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)
