Problèmes autoradio Opel Astra

Hello, I have an Opel Astra 1.7 CDTI 100hp. I stop the car, turn off the radio or the stereo, get out of the car, and lock it using the central locking. Everything turns off, but a little while later, the radio turns back on by itself, and strangely, this happens every time in the evening. I have to unlock and turn off the radio again; I'm afraid the battery will run out if I don't notice it.

Hello Mimi... I just read about your issue with your car radio because I have the same problem with my 2005 Opel Astra Cosmo for a month now. Plus, my alternator gave up, and I spent 700 euros on that. I just got out of the garage with my radio that still turns on after I lock the doors and often in the evening... Have you found a solution? Thank you.

Good evening everyone!!

Your problem comes from the ignition switch, so try turning off your engine while keeping the radio on (it should usually turn off, of course). Then remove the keys and press the ignition switch gently with your finger. If your radio turns back on, then your ignition switch is faulty. That's all.
Have a good evening, see you later!

Hello, is it true that this could come from the ignition switch when the radio turns on randomly and just putting the key in the ignition stops it (but nothing happens when simply pressing the ignition switch)? Can this ignition switch be easily checked? Opel confirmed to me that it comes from the radio and that it needs to be changed for 245 euros... In the meantime, to find a solution, I put a switch on the radio's fuse. Thank you for the response; if there’s another solution, I’m interested.
