Problème avec mon SERVER CS 1.6

Bonjour,
j'ai installer CS16 Full v32.1 Non-Steam mais j'ai un problème avec le server.

quand je le lance la console affiche :
couldn't exec banned.cfg
Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.

aprés une fenêtre apparait en affichant:
your server is out of date, and will not be listed on the master server until you restart.
do you wish to shutdown now?

aprés dans la console:
Adding master server 69.28.151.162:27010
Adding master server 68.142.72.250:27010
Your server is out of date. Please update and restart.
Your server is out of date. Please update and restart.

Alors comment je ferais pour activer mon serveur MERCI.
