Try going to the official Dream Pinball 3D website, download the patch from support and that should work, it does for me.

I just gifted this game to my parents who are stuck for the same reasons as you. Have you solved the problem knowing that they don't have Internet, so they can't download a patch?

Yes, I resolved my issue with the internet patch. If your parents don't have internet, try downloading it onto a floppy disk from the computer of one of your acquaintances, then install it on your parents' PC in the dream pinball folder. Otherwise, I don't have any other solutions. Best regards.

My parents live 700 km away from me...
If you could let me know where to find this patch, that would be great... I know I’m asking a lot.
You tell me to integrate it into the pinball file, but since the installation doesn’t start... in theory, there is no Pinball file on their computer and in reality, there isn’t either.
Has anyone thought of sending the product back to its manufacturer? Or at least trying to contact them?
