Dream pinball problem

Hello, the installation starts and at the end it tells me that it cannot open the file C:\Program Files\TopWare\Dream Pinball 3D\UNWISE.EXE
Configuration: Windows Vista 32 bits Firefox 2.0.0.7

    Try going to the official Dream Pinball 3D website, download the patch from support and that should work, it does for me.

    I just gifted this game to my parents who are stuck for the same reasons as you. Have you solved the problem knowing that they don't have Internet, so they can't download a patch?

      Yes, I resolved my issue with the internet patch. If your parents don't have internet, try downloading it onto a floppy disk from the computer of one of your acquaintances, then install it on your parents' PC in the dream pinball folder. Otherwise, I don't have any other solutions. Best regards.

        But what seems simple sometimes is not.
        My parents live 700 km away from me...
        If you could let me know where to find this patch, that would be great... I know I’m asking a lot.
        You tell me to integrate it into the pinball file, but since the installation doesn’t start... in theory, there is no Pinball file on their computer and in reality, there isn’t either.
        Has anyone thought of sending the product back to its manufacturer? Or at least trying to contact them?

        Good evening,

        The patch is on the official Dream Pinball website. We can’t really go out, so you need to find a computer to download it.
        Take the game DVD, install it as if you wanted to play it. Then put the patch in, open the patch, follow the installations, and it should work.
