Bonjour,j'ai un probleme qui me ralentit tout depuis quelques temps
des que j'allume mon pc , que j'ouvre la moindre page internet, mon processeur se met à tourner à 100
c un ACER ASPIRE 5310
A savoir, que j'ai déjà analysé mon pc à l'aide de plusieurs logiciels , mais ils ne trouvent rien ...
je commence à desespérer, merci de me proposer une solution

    Lance HijackThis en double cliquant sur son icône
    puis cliquez sur le bouton "do a system scan and save a logfile"

    Le rapport est retranscrit aussitôt apres le scan dans une fenêtre de type Bloc-notes
    il te suffit de realiser un copier/coller et de le poster dans le forum

      Fait les mises à jour<< IMPORTANT
      puis en mode sans échec (f8 au demarrage du pc apres l'apparition de la premiere page bios)
      Lance le ,en examen complet ,sur tous tes disques durs , soit tres patient , ca risque de durée de 1 a 2 heures
      voire plus
      Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur supprimer<<IMPORTANT
      redemarre le pc en mode normal
      redemarre MBAM et fait un copier collé des resultats sur ta prochaine reponse

      * Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
      * Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
      * Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
      * Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
      * Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

    toolbar sd a fonctionné pendant 8h non stop ,
    et j'ai eu sans cesse un message disant : UTILITAIRE (QGREP) DE RECHERCHE DE CHAINES DE CARACTERES A CESSE DE FONCTIONNER , un probleme a fait que le programme a cesse de fonctionner ...

    je n'est donc pas laissé le toolbar sd jusqu'à la fin , ce message , est il normal ?
    fallait il laissé mon pc allumé pendant plus de 8h ?

      essaye ca
      Télécharge combofix.exe
      http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
      clique combofix.exe.
      touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
      une fois fini un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
      Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt



      Déconnecte toi d'internet ferme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.et provisoirement
      arrete les anti virus et autres protection pendand l'analyse
      Pendant la durée de l'analyse ne te sert pas de ton pc


      une fois l'analyse terminé ,remet toute tes protections antivirus et antispywares

      Télécharge Navilog1.exe http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe?thread
      Choisis Enregistrer sous.... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
      Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
      Si, lors du téléchargement, ton Antivirus fais une alerte, ignore-là
      c'est un faux positif, une fausse alerte..
      Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
      Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau
      Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
      ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4
      Analyse Terminée
      Appuie sur une touche , le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
      Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport

    Bonjour sherred , je n'ai pas pu demarrer combofix parce qu'il me demandait de choisir un autre nom :
    vous ne pouvez pas renommer COMBOFIX en COMBOFIX1 veuillez choisir un autre nom composé de caractères numériques ...
    J'ai fait quelques recherches sur intenet , j'ai réussi à changer combofix par amikal , ça marchait , en passant par enregistrer sous , mais je l'ai arreté en milieu d'analyse parceque j'ai vu qu'il commençait à supprimer tout seul des dossiers sans rien me demander , il analyse et supprime tout seul , C aussi ce que j'avais lu quelque part , eet qu'il faut
    faire attention avec ça...
    Pour NAVILOG , il n'a pas demarré l'analyse : CETPATHS a cessé de fonctionner ACCPS refusé , ensuite il se fermait tout seul .

      pourquoi renommer COMBOFIX ?

      Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
      Double-clique sur RSIT.exe Clic Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
      Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
      Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste en pièce jointe log.txt qui sera affiché ..ainsi que de info.txt qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches.
