Surement un virus??

Bonjour, moi depuis quelque temps j'ai un probleme avec msn(windows live messenger) , je recoit continuellement des messages de contact intrus par exemple : gmolgmuiqtHey check out http://www.Look863.com

J'ai tout essayer, que ce soit anti-virus, spyware,malware etc..

Pourriez-vous m'aider à corriger mon problème...
