Hello,
I damaged my Ethernet cable that connects my PC to the internet; since it's quite long, I would like to only replace the connector that plugs into the PC because I broke the small "clip" that holds the cable to the computer.
Can someone tell me how to do this? Where can I find (in which store) just the connector for the cable? And what do I need to carry out this operation?
Thank you very much

RJ45 sockets can be found everywhere, in electronics stores!
The problem is that you will also need the special crimping tool to attach the connector to the end of the cable.
The best thing would be to find someone who has the necessary equipment; it doesn't even take 5 minutes if you have everything you need!
