Hi, letter sent by registered mail to the liquidator.

Who has managed to get a refund or delivery of their order?

Hi everyone,

Well, I have some bad news guys, I don't think there's much hope for the future events. I spoke with the debt collection agency (the bailiff) handling the judicial liquidation of PINK CAT REC, and they told me that there's nothing in terms of financial resources to pay back the various debts of this scammer!!! We customers are last in line, meaning they pay everything else they need to cover in accounting, paperwork, URSSAF ... and we come last, so they made it very clear that we can forget about getting our money back. There's still a way to file a claim with them with supporting invoices, but according to them, it wouldn't help at all; it’s up to those who want to try it.

So there you go, we've been completely screwed: no cash, no money!!!!

It’s enough to be disgusted, but we're going to hold our heads high and get back to mixing to have some fun!!!

I wish you all a good continuation, and if anyone has any updates or finds a way to get their cash back, please share the info.

Mr. Electroman, I can't wait to run into you, and I think I'm not the only one... Watch out, scammer!!!

Hi,

I know this site because they advertise quite a bit through banners on other music sites.
I just read all your messages and honestly, it's disgusting to scam people like that.
But what outrages me the most is that the site is still open!!! It's a scandal!

I have been buying from Juno for years and I have had no problems. Timelines respected, fair prices, good programming, and records delivered in a special protective sleeve to avoid damage during transport (Juno is based in London).

In short, no scam.

Hello,
Like many people, I ordered from pinkcat and I haven't received my vinyls. I wrote to the judicial liquidator who just replied that he is acknowledging my claim but unfortunately, I shouldn’t hope for any reimbursement of the amounts owed.
Nice......... and long live the scam.

so you'll also get screwed. These guys closed up shop when I posted.

The best thing is to contact a bailiff.

Good luck to you in any case. Because personally... I've never been refunded!
