Bonjour,
je viens de scanner (partiellement) mon disuqe dur avec le logiciel online RAV Antivirus.
Il m'a trouvé ceci :
C:\Documents and Settings\michelle\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\default\cx5qcsum.slt\Mail\pop.tele2-1.fr\Inbox->(part1698:image.zip)->image.rtf.exe - Win32/Netsky.C.dam -> Infected
C:\Documents and Settings\michelle\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\default\cx5qcsum.slt\Mail\pop.tele2-1.fr\Trash->(part0430:image.zip)->image.rtf.exe - Win32/Netsky.C.dam -> Infected
Je ne capte pas trop. Il s'agit de fichier joint reçu dans ma messagerie thunderbird ? Je croyait que Norton (il est à jour) scannait les entrants et les sortants ?
Pourquoi Norton n'a rien trouvé jusqu'à présent ?
Comment m'en débarasser ?

bonsoir,
passe en mode sans echec ( tapote f8 au demarrage )
puis fais : démarrer > rechercher : image.rtf.exe et supprime le.
