Assassin's Creed Save loss after bug

Hello, as stated in the topic title, I lost my save file (DNA sequence 4) after a bug. Indeed, this happens to me from time to time when I do a Leap of Faith, my computer bugs (the game freezes and I can't do anything). This has happened to me before, but I have never had to suffer the loss of my save like today.....
So here are two things:
Where is the saved game located (because I've looked in the game directory and in my documents, and there's nothing)
And above all, does anyone happen to have a save file for memory block 4 so I can continue the game from where I was without having to redo everything from the beginning?

Not a good enough setup?? I play with all the settings maxed out without experiencing a single lag! Whether in combat or elsewhere. I only had a couple of issues during the leap of faith after visiting the locations marked with an eagle on the map while doing the leap of faith! If it is really a configuration issue, then what should I change?
I don’t want to be a pain, but I have a hard time understanding how my setup can relate to the loss of my saves, actually…
