Des fenêtres publicitaires qui reviennent

Bonjour,
Bonjour,
Depuis hier, mon antivirus (Mc Affee) semble tout de avoir repéré le cheval de troi et l'a éliminé. Pas la suite j'ai des fenêtre publicitaires qui apparaissent sans arrêt à chaque ouverture de fenêtre ou onglet internet.

J'ai cru comprendre que c'est un des symptômes d'infection par un cheval de troie...
J'ai lancé mon anti spyware (spybot) qui n'a pas détécté de cheval de troie mais pourtant les fenêtre publicitaires sont toujours là... 
Mon antivirus ne semble plus rien détécter non plus...

que faire, quelqu'un peut-il m'aider s'il vouys plaît?

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement. 
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). 

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides. 
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord) 

Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote. 
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Bonjour,

j'ai essayé hier suivre ce que vous avez conséillé mais Navilog1 a tout de suite été détécté par mon antivirus comme un cheval de troie... j'ai donc arrété...
j'ai refais un scan de mon ordi et voilà des virus trouvés:

2 Generic downloader.x dans fichiers temporarires

c:windows system 32 détécté en tant qu Downloader-BKX cheval de troie

que faire s'il vous plaît? supprimer? nettoyer?

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport

puis mets un rapport hijakchits comme demandé déjà

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

scan avec malwarebyte , fais un scan minutieux et colle le rapport obtenu et vire ce qui est trouvé:

Télécharge ici :

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

tu a une infections qui persiste sur tes clés usb depuis la première visite.... j'espère que tu n'a pas branché ta clé ailleurs que chez toi sinon tu as filer l'infection aux autres .... (dans ce cas faire sur tous les ordi en contact avec la clé: RAV et flash disinfector)

Double-clique sur l’icône.
Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal.
Si un rapport est généré en cas d'infection, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau, et poste le ensuite
Redémarre ensuite le PC.

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries.
Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clique droit > Extraire tout.)
Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu.
Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
Clique sur Search For Updates.
Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.
Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log
(c:\JavaRa.log)
Ferme l'application.

2: le rapport de RavAntivirus

Le problème, c'est que je n'ai pas pu acceder au log alors qu'au lancement, Rav a trouvé Autorun.inf et Folder et disait ensuite les avoir supprimer.
