For the past two weeks, I've been receiving calls from 0023 on my landline, not necessarily at the same times or even on the same days. When I pick up, I don't hear anything, and after a few seconds, I get a busy tone. I tried calling back, but it doesn't go through. Do you know what this strange phone number is? They are very likely scammers. I've been receiving calls on my landline for a few weeks now, and today I answered, only to hear a young man introduce himself as a customer service representative. When I asked him which organization he was with, he replied 'professional secrecy.' Until proven otherwise, there is no organization called 'professional secrecy.' Anyway, the young man's speech is at least ambiguous; I ended up hanging up on him. This stinks of fraud. If this continues, file a complaint for harassment or notify the Ministry of the Interior. Consider yourself warned!
