It's very strange... According to the number you're saying, it is indeed +35 and not a three-digit number like I mentioned... However, the prefix (and not suffix) +35 doesn't correspond to anything; it has no known assignment... Are you sure you didn't make a mistake with the number? Otherwise, I can't help you anymore and I don't see who could... All I can say is that numbers starting with +3 are assigned to Europe... If you gave the correct number, the only explanation is that a region in Europe asked for a new personal telephone code and they were assigned the code +35 without anyone knowing or finding out... I can't see it any other way...
