Problème avec ma messagerie

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème qui semble ne pas avoir été traité sur ce forum. J'ai un PC sous XP familiale et Outlook Express 6. Depuis quelques mois j'ai un paquet de mails indésirables en anglais, je les met dans la liste des expéditeurs bloqués par Outlook, mais rien n'y fait il en arrive d'autre avec de nouveaux expéditeurs.
Je me suis créé une autre adresse e-mail et j'ai ouvert un autre compte dans Outlook avec cette nouvelle adresse. J'ai mis cette nouvelle adresse par défaut dans Outlook et je me suis connecté. Et bien avant que je n'aille sur un site, ma nouvelle adresse recevait des mails indésirables en anglais. Je me suis déconnecté, j'ai remis mon ancienne adresse par défaut et je me suis reconnecté 2 jours plus tard. Et là, j'ai eu une trentaine de mails indésirables avec mon ancienne adresse qui était par défaut sur Outlook et aucun avec ma nouvelle adresse.
Je dois avoir un programme dans mon PC qui repère les adresses par défaut dans Outlook et qui envoie mes coordonnées à des sites indésirables. Comment me débarrasser de ce fameux programme ? J'ai Zone Alarme, Spybot, AD Aware, AntiVir et rien n'a été détecté.

ce n'est pas la peine de hurler (majuscule) et le formatage ne se fait pas pour un oui ou pour un non et pour un pb de ce type .... avant il faut esssayer divers solutions avec d'ailleurs mes deux liens qui ont pu me tirer de bien des soucis ....
enfin .....

Salut

je ne connais pas zone alarme (j'ai norton firewall) mais n'y a t'il pas moyen dans zone alarme de proteger les données personnelles comme les numeros de telephones les numeros de comptes etc... ?
De cettemaniere si un programme quelconque essaye de transmetre les données qu'on a protegé le par feu bloc cette communication et affiche un message d'alerte. Il suffit donc de proteger l'adresse email et le tour est joué ( en théorie ;) ).

Bonjour à tous,J'ai purgé les fichiers temporaires, lancé AntiVir,Spybot,AD Aware et a². Rien n'a été trouvé. Puis j'ai fais un scan avec Hijackthis. Ne purge pas les fichiers temporaires.
Supprimes les !!
Tapes Temporary Internet Files ds ta recherche et supprimes tout bonnement ces dossiers(4 en général)
Pour ça il te faut East Tec Eraser sur telecharger.com.
Au moins tu est sur de ne rien oublier.
Ne t'en fait pas ces dossiers seront recrées vides au prochain demarrage de Windows.
