Hello everyone.
I have had the game Manhunt for a few days (the original, I want to emphasize), and until now I have been playing it without any issues.
Two days ago, I updated Windows XP, and since then I haven't been able to play it because of that famous dll file.
At first, it said it was missing, then I downloaded it and installed it in Windows/System, and now when I launch the game it displays "The entry point for the procedure _BinkCopyToBufferRect@44 was not found in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll".
I also want to point out that I have read all the messages talking about this famous file, but not a single valid response (the games in question generally being those from Kazaa) has helped me resolve this issue.
I hope for many replies (well, just one would suffice ;P) that will allow me to play my game again.
Best regards,
Me

Hi, I managed to fix the problem
"- "The entry point for procedure _ail_set_3d_sample_distances@12 is not found in the dynamic link library mss32.dll":
The entry points may be the following: _BinkSetVolume@12, _AIL_set_3D_rolloff_factor@8, or _BinkCopyToBufferRect@44. The DLL file in question may also be this one: Binkw32.dll.
1) Start a search for the mentioned DLL file.
If the search feature finds two files (one in \Windows\System32 and the other in the game directory), rename the .dll file located in \Windows\System32 to make it unusable.
If not, copy the missing DLL file from an installation disk into the game directory. For example, in \Program Files\Microsoft Games\Dungeon Siege 2."
Basically, if it doesn't work, go get the Binkw32.dll from the directory of a working game and put it in the system32 folder or in the game folder
It worked for me

this is the source where I found the solution
