Problème connexion wifi après formatage

Bonjour,
j'ai formaté mon ordinateur HP Pavillon dv5000 et après redémarrage, j'ai tenté de me connecter à ma connexion habituelle, mais mon ordi me marque "connectivité limitée ou inexistante". Je ne connais franchement pas grand chose au vocabulaire informatique donc si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider...simplement :).
J'aimerais savoir comment retrouver ma connexion internet. Merci d'avance :).

Ma soeur est connectée au modem et moi je suis en wifi sur ce réseau, il s'appelle belkin54g si ça peut aider :s
