SFR messaging and its 10 free texts Closed

Question

Hello,I think most SFR subscribers are familiar with the system of 10 free texts per day (to SFR numbers) via SFR messaging.However, for the past few days, even when I haven't used any of the 10 texts, they say that the text I compose will be chargeable and not free (when confirming the sending of the text).Does anyone else have the same problem?!I have an Essential plan, and I don't have any texting plan, so when I send from my phone, I'm going out of my plan (text only). Are the 10 texts free only if I'm not out of my plan?Thank you =)

Hello Same problem on my end, however MMS remain free, I use this service from abroad, could it have an influence??? (even though I doubt it) If someone has an initial response, I'm interested, it would save me from calling customer service. Thank you.

Hello,Same for me, I am an SFR customer with the card, but for a few days now I have been trying to send texts via SFR Messaging and it's counting them as paid texts, and since I don’t have any credit on my phone, it doesn’t send. I will try with MMS, maybe that will work...

It seems that the free daily sending of 10 texts from SFR's messaging service has come to an end. Unfortunately, SFR does not dare to say that the messages are now chargeable.

Hello, I just called SFR (900). The operator's response: -there is NO option with 10 free texts  I insist: it was possible until 2 weeks ago! -no, that's not true  I insist: are you calling me a liar? ..... communication cut off!

Since my previous post, I think I have understood a few details: - the hotlines (900,...) know nothing about the website - the website is in complete disarray: unavailable pages at certain times, inactive or erroneous links.... This site has been "redone" in a very unprofessional manner, amateurs do better. As a professional, I assert that this site is a development site used as a production site: a shame.  What allows me to assert this: is it logical that an SMS is charged while adding an image makes it a free MMS? From a commercial standpoint, it would be absurd, and I conclude therefore that it is a technical malfunction that SFR has not been able to resolve in 3 weeks. Not very professional at all!

Hello, I'm in the same situation as you. For some time now, the free texts I want to send are being shown as paid. I don't know what's going on, but being out of plan doesn't allow you to do this. We'll see how it goes. I hope it gets fixed soon because it's pretty convenient.

Yes, it is indeed a shame, so let’s make sure as many of us as possible complain in SFR spaces. The more we are, the more we’ll talk to each other, and the more things will change. I have a friend who called 900, and they reportedly told him that texts were charged for the benefit of other offers. All of this without any information. And they call themselves the number one mobile operator in France.....

I have 3 Accounts, same problem better or worse, I was called via 900 (nice effort) and here it is ---Following a change in commercial policy blabla--- and finally… my conclusion: we SCREW the users with Misleading Ads! Their response “Sir, it’s not possible that you had free texts before…” After 10 minutes of blabla, Ok Sir I will talk to my management!  In fact, you have to FILE A COMPLAINT or contact 60 Million Consumers or others…  ----------------------SFR - Stop screwing your Clients yes, Stop this practice----------------------

Hello, I just called customer service (1025) regarding the blocked plans and mentioned that this weekend I sent a text message from the messaging service on Sfr.fr. They made a commercial gesture of €2, but the agents do not admit that the service is defective; however, by making this gesture, they are still aware of the issue.  To be continued.

Hello everyone!!! What they're doing at SFR is terrible!!! I just subscribed to SFR La Carte precisely because I had this option of 10 free SMS on the web... Result: I can no longer take advantage of this offer while they continue to display it, :(

I'm not a heavy mobile phone user... but aside from the 10 free SMS, I didn't see any other particular benefits to SFR, their plans and options are rather expensive.

I'm very disappointed!!!!

Yes, would someone have 10 minutes to enter the 60 Million Consumers of the case (if it hasn't already been done) because at SFR they are powerful, but it's (the media) the only way to make things change (false information + no response to emails...).

Les texts are free up to 10 per day, but beyond that, you pay the price of a normal text, which is 10 cents. I'm on a blocked plan with free texts 24/7, but I still have to pay if I exceed 10.

Free texts exist. When you log into your SFR messaging service using your SFR email address and your password, which is the same as your mobile phone PIN code, you'll find yourself in your SFR inbox. On the left, there's an email panel and another one titled text-MMS. Click on the latter, and you can send your texts. If you need help, just ask me, I’ll assist you. See you!

After searching thoroughly, I finally found it yesterday... when they ask for the ID and I type my email address + password, I end up in the inbox (no SMS option), when I type my email address and my PIN code, I am not recognized, but when I put my phone number in the ID + the code they gave me for SMS, I get to the "BETA" inbox which has an SMS option... how twisted are they!!! Don’t they make enough money already? I hope this can help someone! Thanks Grandpa.
