Infection multiples virus à résoudre

Question

Hello, 
j'essaie désespérèment de me débarasser depuis quelques jours des mutiples virus qui ont infectés notre PC mais rien n'y fait. La liste est plutôt longue: entre autre Trojan-spy.win32.greenscreen, trojan-spy.html.bankfraud.dj, etc...
L'ordi est équipé à la base de Norman Virus Control, qui ne trouve rien. J'ai essayé ensuite AntiVir de Avira qui m'annonce régulièrement des fichiers corompus et les met en quarantaine mais les virus persistent. Et ensuite Norton Security Scan (freeware) qui m'annonce le virus Packed.Generic.182 mais ne me propose rien pour désinfecté. 
J'ai remarqué que je n'ai plus accès au gestionnaire des tâches alors que mon utilisateur est administrateur.
Bref je ne sais plus quoi croire et comment m'y prendre. Le mini-challenge s'est que mon système d'exploitation XP est en finnois, mais comme cela n'est pas ma langue maternelle je suis loin de maîtriser le vocabulaire informatique technique et je préfère me tourner vers un forum en français.

Bonsoir,
1) Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.

Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK

Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un exame complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>>
supprime ce qu'il a trouvé vide également les éléments de la quarantaine
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.

Je viens de remarquer que le gestionnaire des tâches est à nouveau actif. C'est bon signe, non ? On avance.
Comme je pensais que mes problèmes étaient liés à IE, j'ai installé et commencé à utiliser Google Chrome. Je me demande maintenant si les mouvements de données via Google Chrome sont sécurisés pas mes fire-wall (standard Windows + théoriquement fonction fire-wall dans mon routeur U.S. Robotics). Est-ce que Chrome est fiable et est-ce que je dois effectué une opération pour que les fire-wall prennent aussi en charge Google Chrome?

Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter. 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ; 
Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal,

Je n'arrive pas à démarrer en mode sans échec. Le message est en finnois mais il dit en gros que Windows n'arrive pas à démarrer normalement en raison d'un changement de composant ou de programme/répertoire dans le système. J'ai essayé à plusieures reprises mais ça tourne en boucle.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur

• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, 


avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Salut Marie,
Désolée pour la réponse tardive mais je travaille tous les week-ends et n'est donc pas accès à mon ordi.
J'ai installé SDFix sans problème, mais pour ce qui est de démarrer en mode sans échec toujours pas de succès. 
J'ai essayé l'option "Invite de commande en mode sans échec" en pensant donner directement la position de SDFix mais cela ne démarre pas ainsi non plus. Après avoir choisi le mode sans échec, je vois à chaque fois le logo Windows apparaître mais peu de temps après l'écran redevient noir puis vient le message d'erreur (écran brut DOS) et me propose le démarrage en modes: sans échec, sans échec avec prise en charge réseau, Invite de commandes en mode sans échec, dernière bonne configuration connue, mode normal. Même si à cette étape là je choisis le mode sans échec, le processus se reproduit. 
J'ai essayé de décrire la situation le mieux possible. Quelles sont les possibilités pour débloquer cette situation ?

Le hijack this ne parait pas si sale que ça, mais un grand nombre d´infection a été découvert par malwarebytes...

Je serais d´avis de passer combofix (tu me connais marie^^)

Si il ne corrige pas le mode sans échec il reste toujours l´outil de Malekal :)

De plus combofix va surement trouver quelques saloperies et on aura la liste des derniers fichiers crées...

Voici les explications pour lancer combofix :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

Pour le moment on a supprimé deux trois infections; je ne voie rien d´autre dans le rapport qui me sauterait aux yeux...

Ce qu´il serait bien de faire, c´est que tu désinstalles Norman et que tu réinstalles antivir et que tu fasses un scan en mode sans echec avec ce dernier...

ps : j´avais egalement norman a l´achat de mon pc ici en finlande ( une belle saloperie qui laisse tout passer...)

mes explications :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
ceux qui ne voie pas root kit search : clcik sur le parapluie dans ta barre des tache > dans la fenetre d´antivir click sur local protection click en suite sur scanner
dans la fenetre de droite : tu a rootkit search vers le bas > tu developpe en appuyant sur le petit +
et coche tes disques...
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes : 
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Ps : Si jamais le mode sans echec ne fonctionne toujours pas, utilise ce fichier reg pour tenter de le retablir :

telecharge ce fichier :

Et choisis " enregistrer la cible sous" afin de télécharger SafeBoot.reg sur ton Bureau.

Doubles clique dessus et acceptes la fusion avec le registre.

ps 2 :Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Jep ! Kiitos avusta! Fantastique ! Tout roule. 
J'ai désinstallé Norman, installé AntiVir et tout configuré comme tu l'as indiqué. 
Grâce à ton fichier, j'ai enfin pu démarrer en mode sans échec et lancer un scan avec AntiVir qui n'a rien détecté. 
En redémarrant l'ordi, Antivir a automatiquement lancé un scan en mode normal et là aussi (assez logiquement d'ailleurs) rien n'a été signalé. 
Y'a-t'il encore d'autres opérations à effectuer ou est-ce que je peux considérer que mon PC est propre ?

il n´a pas ete supprimé par combofix lors de son passage malgré qu´il était dans le script... ( ça doit venir du fait qu´il a été coupé en deux dans le script :

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application 
Data\{3276BE95_AF08_429F_A64F_CA64CB79BCF6} 

donc va le supprimer manuellement

il va surement falloir que tu affiches les fichiers et dossiers cachés pour le dénicher 

procède comme ceci :

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer ! 

supprime donc :

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\{3276BE95_AF08_429F_A64F_CA64CB79BCF6}

puis ce dossier aussi : (il ne te sert a rien)

Et quelques jours plus tard ! Désolé mais je n'étais pas arrivé au bout de toutes les intallations l'autre soir, et puis, et puis.... le temps passe vite !

Merci pour tes derniers conseils. J'avais choisi d'installer le firewall Comodo 3 Pro. L'installation s'est bien passée, mais l'utilisation d'internet était devenue pratiquement impossible, elle marchait 1 x sur 4 et je n'arrivais pas à télécharger des mises à jour. Ensuite j'ai installé spywareblaster mais là aussi impossible de réussir une mise à jour. 
Nous avons donc finalement opté pour un anti-virus et un firewall proposé par notre fournisseur d'accès internet que j'ai installé ce soir (f-secure, c'est bien?). Notre accès internet est maintenant fluide. J'ai désinstallé pour le coup Avira Antivir (pas de conflits) et Comodo.  J'ai gardé pour l'instant Spywareblaster et pu effectué enfin une mise à jour. Mais dans notre nouvel anti-virus il y a une section "Vakoiluohjelmien torjunta" avec toutes les protections activées. Est-ce qu'il y a là aussi risque de conflits avec Spywareblaster ?

Ccleaner:

-> Télécharge Ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):

   http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 168 ccleaner

-> L´installer.

-> Une fois installé et lancé :

   Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :

   ->"registre" :

      Coches toutes les cases sous"l´integrité du registre", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
      
      ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.

   ->"nettoyeur"
   
      quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications"décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

Je n´ai pas de tuto; alors voila mes explications : 

Click sur 

"registry tools"

Puis sur "tools" (en haut)

Dans l´arborescence

Sur "registry cleaner"

Dans la fenetre suivante click sur "continue" et dans la prochaine sur "start"

Une fois la recherche terminée tu vas te retrouver avec un tas de clées marquées d´un point rouge ou vert...

On va nettoyer que les vertes (safe)

Pour cela click sur "select" > "special select" > et click sur "items that should be safe to remove" il va alors selectionner les cleés vertes 

Click alors sur "remove" en bas a gauche pour nettoyer...
