Problem with ANAFI Drone

Hello, I'm looking for help to understand where the following issue with my ANAFI comes from:
Defective vertical camera. Just so you know, it no longer receives GPS signals.

I have a Bebop 2 Drone which also comes from the company Parrot
As for you, have there been any damages or changes to the software
Also, do you calibrate the drone at each startup?

  Same problem with the ANAFI after a crash.
  
  Resolved by lifting the inner label under the battery and pressing on the camera connector ribbon with a toothpick. And voilà!!!

Following a crash, I can no longer calibrate the camera either.
However, the GPS is working.
Have you solved your calibration issue?

Hello, no damage, but in the absence of a satisfactory response to my question, this weekend I decided to dismantle the drone to check the connections, and to my surprise, I found that there was adhesive under the cover where the GPS is located. So I'm wondering if this is a refurbished drone when my purchase was supposed to be new. Regarding the GPS, while dismantling, I noticed the presence of a heat mark on the top (kind of overheating), which is odd. In doubt, I ordered a new one and will see during reassembly.

But it’s only the vertical camera, so without stabilization, underneath the drone.
