Question

I have a big problem.
I bought a DS for my daughter and now the DS doesn't recognize any games anymore.
I took the game out and put it back in, but nothing happened. I blew on the DS ports, but that didn't work either.
So I would like to know if my daughter's DS is dead.

You need to open the battery cover (remove a Phillips screw). In the lower left hole (the farthest left), slide a metal rod to establish contact between two solder points while turning on the console.
