Bonjour,
depuis qq jours, mon ordi a du mal a s'allumer. et maintenant quand je suis sur msn ou sur le net, il beugue, je suis obligée de l'éteindre au moins 10 fois en une heure. j'ai fait un scan qui m'a dit que tout était ok ! j'ai nod 32 comme antivirus... au secours

- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

bonjour
j'ai eu le même probléme, et réussi sans forcer a virer le pythonservice exe et tout ce qui va avec de la maniere suivante. jai fait une recherche du programme pythonservice.exe et viré tout les fichier correspondants ensuite jai passé wise registry cleaner et ensuite jai refait une recherche et le bléme etait resolu. si sa ne fonctionne pas le faire en mode sans echec. mon anti virus NOD32 ne le detecte pas comme programme espion ou autres . a bientot .

il me semble qu'il beugue toujours... disons que la je veux aller sur msn, j'ai l'icone en ligne, mais je n'y arrive pas....il faut que je le redémarre pour pouvoir me connecter à nouveau.
mais merci quand meme....d'avoir pris surtout du temps pour m'aider-
- quant il beugue, sur msn, et si je veux aller sur internet, cé pareil, il met deux heures à ouvrir la page... pareil pour les jeux téléchargés, c'est mou !!!
j'ai amené mon ordi à réparer au moins 5 ou 6 fois, mais c'est jamais nickel !!! (et ca me coute au moins 60 euros à chaque fois !)
enfin jte dirai car pour l'instant, ca va... mais je ne suis pas sur msn !!

Apres qques recherches....
fait ceci
Télécharge MSNFix (de !aur3n7 et Regis59) sur le bureau :
Tuto d'utilisation
Conseil : Toujours télécharger avant utilisation pour profiter des dernières mises à jour.
Remarque: Il est possible que l'antivirus détécte un virus au téléchargement, il s'agit de Process.exe qui est un faux positif.
* Décompresse-le (clic droit : Extraire tout).
A la racine du système, déplace le dossier décompressé, comme suit :
C:\MSNFix.
Ouvre-le et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat
* Exécute l'option R.
* Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.
* Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais-en un copier/coller sur le forum, ainsi qu'un scan HijackThis fait en mode normal.
* Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt
Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

Clique sur navilog1.exe pour télécharger navilog1
Choisis Enregistrer
et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Terminée le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le bloc note.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\fixnavi.txt)
poste le rapport obtenu
