Bonjour, j'implore votre aide car mon ordinateur est infecté et je ne sais pas comment le desinfecté. j'ai essayer avec spyware doctor il a supprimé les fichiers infecté mais aprés au redemarrage l'ordi s'est mis a ramé alors j'ai restauré le systeme. je pense donc que parmi les fichiers infecté il y avait des fihiers essentiel. aidez moi a desinfecté mon ordi et a eviter que cela se reproduise. les fichiers infecté sont surtout les fichiers d'emule voila aidez moi svp merci

Commence par poster un rapport HijackThis stp,

- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

Achète (ou télécharge si tu peux) le logiciel de réparation "Advanced WindowsCare 2 Personal"!
Une fois installé dans ton ordinateur, clique sur l'option "Recherche de spywares"! Cette option ne recherche pas uniquement les spywares mais toutes sortes de virus (malwares, adwares, trojans, virus, vers...)
Une fois la recherche achevé, clique sur "Montrer les détails" puis sur "Réparer"! Et le tour sera joué!!!

désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
