Commence par poster un rapport HijackThis stp,
>Télécharge HiJackThis : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/ 159 hijackthis
- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

Bonjour, je vais te donner une solution rapide et très efficace contre les infections!!!
Achète (ou télécharge si tu peux) le logiciel de réparation "Advanced WindowsCare 2 Personal"!
Une fois installé dans ton ordinateur, clique sur l'option "Recherche de spywares"! Cette option ne recherche pas uniquement les spywares mais toutes sortes de virus (malwares, adwares, trojans, virus, vers...)
Une fois la recherche achevé, clique sur "Montrer les détails" puis sur "Réparer"! Et le tour sera joué!!!

Euh... je préférne ne pas voir ce rapport car je ne fais pas trop confiance a HijachThis!

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) à cette adresse :

(c est le numéro 5 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
ferme internet =====>panneau de configuration======>connection reseau======> clique gauche sur les deux et desactive
