Bonjour, J'ai beaucoup de problèmes depuis très longtemps mais ces derniers jours, les choses empirent. J'ai d'abord pris quatre trojan depuis Mars, dont un à une époque où mon antivirus était absent ( viré par le trojan...) En ce moment, les icônes sur le bureau, la barre des tâches, les fenêtres etc sont immenses et je n'arrive plus à lire la totalité de l'écran, idem pour le courrier. Beaucoup de problèmes au démarrage, des bugs permanents sur adobe ou open office, une lenteur inouie sur le net, des pages refusées ou des coupures. J'ai CCleaner, Spamfighter et le pack sécurité neuf. J'ai aussi un disque dur supplémentaire plein qui ne devrait pas exister. Pouvez-vous m'aider, les futés du forum en sachant que je ne suis pas une flêche question informatique ? Merci à vous.

J'ai fait ce que tu m'as dit mais j'ai un tableau noir avec trois propositions mais pas de ok ni de clic possible et que choisir avec le clic droit ? rechercher, défilement, sélectionner tout ou coller ?

Décompresser, je l'ai fait et je suis dans le tableau de l'analyse mais quand il demande d'appuyer sur une touche, j'ai une fenêtre run-time error32 s'ouvre et sur le tableau on lit sur plusieurs lignes Accps refusé. Et j'ai du mal à fermer cette petite fenêtre.

J'ai refait le processus mais j'obtiens toujours les mêmes fenêtres d'erreur avec Bad file name or number et pour le second Path/File access error. ?

Pas de chance, l'accès à R est refusé. Merci quand même d'avoir passé autant de temps avec moi. Je retournera demain sur le forum au cas où tu aurais trouvé une solution. Je me dis que j'ai peut-être, en supprimant le virus de Juillet, supprimer, par ignorance, des éléments importants du système. Bonne nuit et encore un grand merci.

Je t'avoue ne pas savoir comment on supprime manuellement mais à la suite de tous tes conseils et manipulations de mon pc, il marche nettement mieux. J'ai eu aussi l'idée d'aller jeter un oeil dans la carte graphique où j'ai purement et simplement supprimé aéro ce qui a remis icônes, bureau et fenêtres à la bonne dimension ! Tout n'est pas réglé mais c'est déjà beaucoup et je tiens à te remercier pour ta persévérance. Je serai loin du forum durant quelques semaines mais j'espère t'y retrouver un jour ou l'autre. A+
