Bonjour,
j'ai un probleme de virus, Fake Alert un Trojan apparemment, j'aurais besoin que quelqu'un m'explique étape par étape très clairement comment procéder, j'ai lancé une analyse Avast qui a détecté une dizaine de fichiers infectés que j'ai tous supprimés et une recherche spybot.
Je vous tiendrai au courant des résultats mais j'ai une question préalable, le virus a été choppé alors que la session "invité" était ouverte, cela veut-il dire que tout l'ordi est affecté ? Les autres sessions aussi ? Y'a-t-il un danger de déploiement du virus si je me connecte sur mon autre session ?
Est-ce une solution d'éteindre la session à l'arrache (en changeant d'utilisateur et éteignant mon ordinateur sans prend soin de fermer la session infectée ?)

toujours moi, avast me dit "impossible de traiter le fichier : C:/documentsandsettings/guest/local settings/temporary internet files / content.IE5/fui1L7VR/3[2].htm"

poste un rapport hijackthis (outil de diagnostic)
Télécharge http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis
--) Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau
--) Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
--) Par défaut, il s'installera içi C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
--) Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
--) Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
--) Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
--) Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
--) Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
--) Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne
il y' a des chance que se soit que la session inviter qui soit inviter
le fait de quitter precipitament la session ne genera pas le virus quand il est la il est la
