Landline phone not receiving calls anymore...

Hello,
My cordless landline phone with several handsets is no longer receiving calls. What’s strange is that when you call the landline, it rings normally. There’s another problem: if you want to call from the landline, the line is always busy.
The problem doesn't come from the phones, as I tested them with France Telecom. So where does the problem come from?
Normally, the phone works with the modem, and there are no issues with the internet. Thank you for responding, as being without a phone is really annoying.
