My Alcatel doesn’t ring anymore

Hello,

I bought an Alcatel Versatis 630 a few months ago, and it was working fine until last week.

Indeed, I noticed that it no longer rings when I receive a call, although the number is displayed.

I can make calls and receive calls, but there is still no sound signal to alert me to an incoming call.

I have tried everything (manual + settings), and of course, I tested the speakers and still nothing.
