Hello,
I had a paper jam that went wrong.
I removed the paper, and I'm sure no pieces are left in the printer.
Since then, my printer displays an error message:
E-04
With a drawing of a crumpled paper on the small LCD screen.
The problem is that I can't do anything. No button seems to allow me to reset the printer. I've turned it off, restarted it, unplugged it, plugged it back in... the message is still there and the printer is stuck.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
This is a malfunction that occurs after a paper jam; which means that:
- either a small piece of paper is stuck inside the printer.
- or, following the jam, a small piece of paper that was already inside the printer or another small part that was not causing any issues until now has shifted and is causing this error.
The solution:
- If you have looked inside and haven’t seen anything suspicious.... then you need to disassemble the printer to find the obstructing element.
Good luck,
Jann
