All the Compaq drivers are freely available on http://www.hp.com web site. The serial number of your computer is all what you need to identify your PC. You can send an email to the HP support and for sure you will receive an answer.

have you read my answer at post 1? What is exacly your PC? Have you tried to find this unknown driver by yourself? No one has your driver you want and normally, it can be found somewhere the restoration CDs furnished with the Compaq.
Have you tried sending an email request to the HP/Compaq support department?

For sure, you came here from Altavista which relays web sites, ours and http://www.kfunigraz.ac.at/elsawww/Temp%20Trans/WINDOWS/INF/MSFDC.INF
As I read the contents of this WINDOWS/INF/MSFDC.INF i can clearly see that this is a pcmcia floppydisk controller card card recognised by Microsoft and probably you don't need any driver at all

I find some other strings related to this material: canon, 2833, compaq, fdcard (http://forum.hardwarelabs.de/showthread.php?t=14702&goto=nextoldest )

J'ai téléchargé les trois drivers mais il s'agit de pilotes pour DOS datant de 1993 (avant Windows 95).
