Bonjour,j'avias déja signalé un problème de virus mais ce n'était pas encore très grave là mtn ca a gravement empiré : maintenant j'ai toujours les même problème qu'avant mais maintenant je peut pratiquement plus déisnstaller un seul programme,quand je lance firefox il ne répond plus,internet explorer quand il se lance ca me connecte plus et ca fini par un "ne répond plus",je ne peut pas lire mes email par moi boite hormail et j'utilise un anrti-virus gratuit le seul qui fonctionne mais qui ne veut plus effacer les virus qui se multiplient,là jer suis rendu a 17 en ce moment même et mais la protection en temps réelle fonctionne,et quelle que petits truc encore.Enfin brefi estce qu'il y a un moyen pour les supprimé avec un autre anti-virus ou en réparant windows car j'ai le disque de windows vista car chui sous vista

ps:j'utilise comme navigateur web Arès !!!

    Oui.

    --> Branche tes disques amovibles à ton PC (clefs USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir

    --> Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

    --> Au menu principal, choisis l'option 2 (Suppression)

    /!\ Il y aura 2 redémarrages, laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'à l'apparition du message "nettoyage effectué" /!\

    --> Ensuite, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt

    Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

    Salut,

    - Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :
    http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.htm

    - Mets-le à jour

    - Redémarre en mode sans échec (Recommandé) :
    https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/

    - Choisis ta session habituelle

    - Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

    - Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

    - Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

    OK mais t'ai sur que ca va marché car je l'ai cet anti-walware mais j'ai fait le canne avec windows normalement mais bon ca coute rien d'essayer merci !!!

    - Télécharge HijackThis V 2.02 (HijackThis Installer) :
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

    - Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

    - Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

    - Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

    - Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Ba appart walware bytes avast ca me met que "le répertoire ou il est installé(chu pu le quel cé) n'est pas une appkcation Win32 valid AVG et bitdefender les installations nannule pr cause d'erreur et ca c'est a cause du virus !
